Prior to working at 海角社区, Dan had over seven years of HR experience and has worked in the health, manufacturing, legal and infrastructure fields. He has specialised in employment law, wellbeing, and equality, diversity and inclusion.
Dan is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
